Common Returns Questions
What is your return and exchange policy?
We will accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies within 30 days of your order. We offer free return and exchange shipping in the U.S. You can begin by entering your email above to receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Once you receive a shipping label we have 14 days to receive your return or exchange. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If we do not receive your items within the 14 day period we will no longer accept returns or exchanges of the item and you will continue to be charged. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order once you turn the original order over to the post office to ship back to us.
A quicker way to exchange is to place a new order for the new size and return the original pair.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of worn goods or those initiated later than 30 days after your purchase.

What if I am returning from outside of the U.S.?
We do not offer free return shipping outside of the U.S. We will accept returns from outside the U.S. and issue a refund once we receive those goods. For more information email us at email@example.com.
I received a pair of Birdies as a gift, how do I return or exchange them?
We will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies. You can process your request through the "returning a gift" link in our Returns Center. You will be issued store credit to use on a new order.
